Keith Storms
Keith, a native Floridian, began his career in 1986 with Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley. After 21 years with Morgan Stanley, he and his partner left the firm and established an independent brokerage firm in Ormond Beach. Now with 40 years in the financial industry, he continues to offer a teacher's heart to help those wanting investment advice. Keith graduated from Furman University in Greenville, SC. While attending, he enjoyed playing collegiate golf with a desire to play professionally. While those aspirations did not come to fruition, he has had a more rewarding opportunity helping others see their financial dreams come true. He has been blessed with three daughters, who are all successful in their career paths, and two granddaughters. Away from work, Keith loves to spend time traveling with his wife, Mindy, participating in outdoor activities like snow skiing, hiking, and still enjoys playing competitive golf. He serves at Tomoka Christian Church and participates in various ministry opportunities.

Wade Rowdon
Wade has 27 years of experience helping clients create and preserve wealth. Wade started his career with Morgan Stanley and deepened his industry knowledge with Merrill Lynch and Moors & Cabot. Having played professional baseball at the major league level for the Cincinnati Reds, Chicago Cubs, and Baltimore Orioles, Wade brings the same drive and passion to serving his clients. Wade currently resides in Ormond Beach with his wonderful wife, Rose, of 40 years. He has two daughters and a son, who are all married, and six grandchildren. When not working, Wade enjoys his family, trumpet and an occasional round of golf.

Robby Hallock
Robby has dedicated his career to leading and serving people in various spaces. He has a Bachelor’s from UCF and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. After nearly two decades in education and Christian ministry, he joined Storms & Rowdon (S&R) in July 2025.
As an advisor, his desire is to help people plan and prepare for the future. His passion is guiding people to become aware of where they are, so they can better pursue where they want to go. For him, whether in finance, education, or ministry, it is about guiding people toward wise decisions in important seasons of life with wisdom and clarity.
Robby has been married to his wife, Mandy, for over 15 years. Together they are raising three children: Brooks, Britton, and Addelyn. Outside the office, Robby enjoys working out and the outdoors.

Dawn Anderson
Dawn began her career in the financial industry in 1999 at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter alongside Keith Storms and Wade Rowdon, first as a customer service associate and later as the Volusia & Lake County complex operation's manager. Since 2007, Dawn has managed the independent financial services office of Keith and Wade. Dawn is a native Floridian, born and raised here in the Daytona Beach area. She is a graduate of Warner Christian Academy and Florida State University where she receive her Bachelor's degree in Family, Child and Consumer Sciences. She has been married to her husband, Brian, for 30 years and has two daughters, and four fur babies.
